وأفاد السيد الوزير في الندوة الصحافية التي تلت الاجتماع الأسبوعي للحكومة، اليوم الخميس، أن 90 في المئة من الطلبات المقدمة، (57 ألف و400 طلب)، تم قبولها.
وأوضح السيد الوزير أن 20 بالمائة من الطلبات جاءت من المقيمين بالخارج، مشيرا إلى 38 بالمائة من الطلبات تهم النساء و62 بالمائة تقدما بها الذكور.
وأفاد المسؤول الحكومي بأن 70 بالمائة من الطلبات موجهة لاقتناء سكن يقل عن 300 ألف درهم، و30 بالمائة موجهة للطلبات المتعلقة باقتناء سكن تتراوح قيمته بين 300 ألف درهم و700 ألف درهم.
ووفق بلاغ سابق للديوان الملكي، تم تحديد مبالغ المساعدة حسب قيمة السكن الذي يتم اقتناؤه، حيث تم تحديد مبلغ المساعدة في 100 ألف درهم من أجل اقتناء مسكن يقل ثمن بيعه أو يعادل 300 ألف درهم مع احتساب الرسوم، و70 ألف درهم لاقتناء مسكن يتراوح ثمنه ما بين 300 ألف درهم 700 ألف درهم مع احتساب الرسوم.
ويشترط للاستفادة من دعم السكن، أن يكون صاحب الطلب حاملا للجنسية المغربية، وألا يكون مالكا لعقار مخصص للسكن، وألا يسبق له الاستفادة من أي امتياز ممنوح من طرف الدولة يخص السكن، وأن يتوفر السكن على رخصة السكن مسلمة ابتداء من فاتح يناير 2023.
ويشترط أيضا أن يكون السكن المقتنى موضوع بيع أول، ويتكون من غرفتين على الأقل، وأن يخصص للسكن الرئيسي لمدة 5 سنوات ابتداء من تاريخ إبرام عقد البيع النهائي.
