أكد صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير مولاي رشيد، رئيس مؤسسة المهرجان الدولي للفيلم بمراكش، أنه “منذ نشأته في شتنبر من سنة 2001، استطاع المهرجان الدولي للفيلم بمراكش أن يستقطب ألمع نجوم السينما العالمية، معززا بذلك موقع المغرب كوجهة بارزة للإنتاجات الأجنبية الكبرى، ومساهما في الدينامية التي تشهدها الصناعة السينمائية الوطنية، تنمية لمواهبها”.
وأبرز صاحب السمو الملكي، في كلمة منشورة على الموقع الإلكتروني الرسمي للمهرجان، بمناسبة دورته الحادية والعشرين، التي ستقام من 29 نونبر الجاري إلى 7 دجنبر المقبل، أنه، وتنفيذا للتوجيهات السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، إبان تأسيس المهرجان، “ظل التزامنا بدعم مواهبنا السينمائية الشابة راسخا عبر السنين، حيث قام المهرجان بدعم المئات من حاملي المشاريع، وتشجيع بروز جيل جديد من السينمائيين، من بينهم على السبيل لا الحصر، المخرجة المغربية الشابة أسماء المدير، التي نالت لأول مرة في التاريخ، النجمة الذهبية لمراكش. وكان فيلمها (كذب أبيض) قد حظي من قبل، بدعم من ورشات الأطلس التي توجته خلال دورتين”.
وأكد صاحب السمو الملكي أن هذه التجربة، التي ستكون لا محالة، مصدر إلهام للأجيال المتعاقبة، “تعتبر استمرارا للتطور الذي تشهده الصناعة السينمائية ببلادنا، حيث بلغ عدد الأفلام المنتجة السنة الماضية 34 فيلما”.
وأضاف صاحب السمو الملكي أنه “وفي سياق سعينا لمواصلة تعزيز المنظومة السينمائية الوطنية، قمنا هذه السنة بتطوير برنامج ورشات الأطلس من خلال اعتماد مجموعة من المبادرات، منها إطلاق (منصة الأطلس) الموجهة للمهنيين المغاربة الشباب، والتي ستعمل على مواكبتهم من أجل تطوير مهاراتهم، و انفتاحهم على العالم”.
وإضافة إلى ذلك، أكد صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير مولاي رشيد أن النقاد السينمائيين والصحفيين يعدون “في صلب إستراتيجيتنا، حيث تبقى مساهماتهم ضرورية بالنسبة لمسار الإنتاج السينمائي”، مبرزا أنه “لذلك قمنا بوضع برامج لفائدة هؤلاء المهنيين، تهدف إلى الرفع من مستوى مؤهلاتهم، دعما للتطور الذي تعرفه صناعتنا السينمائية”.
من جهة أخرى، أكد صاحب السمو الملكي أن البرمجة الفنية للدورة الحادية والعشرين ستتميز بثلاثة تكريمات وازنة، يخصص الأول منها للممثلة الراحلة نعيمة المشرقي، التي تعد إحدى أيقونات السينما المغربية، والممثل والمخرج الأمريكي شون بين، الذي توج مرتين بجائزة الأوسكار، والمخرج الكندي الكبير ديفيد كروننبرغ، مشيرا إلى أن لجنة تحكيم هذه الدورة، التي ستكون لها مهمة الكشف عن المواهب الواعدة، سيرأسها المخرج الإيطالي الموهوب لوكا جوادانيينو، الذي يتمتع بحس إبداعي جمالي رفيع.
