أعلنت رئيسة المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان، السيدة أمينة بوعياش، أن المجلس سيطلق مشاورات جهوية مع الأطفال تحت شعار: “أنا من يقرر مصيري”، سيستمع خلالها المجلس لانشغالات الأطفال ومقترحاتهم بكل جهة من جهات المغرب الاثنى عشر.
أوضحت بوعياش، التي كانت تتحدث في افتتاح لقاء وطني يوم الجمعة حول حقوق الأطفال في وضعية صعبة بالمغرب (احتضنه المركب التربوي الحسن الثاني للشباب بالدار البيضاء، بشراكة مع وزارة الشباب والثقافة والتواصل)، أن المجلس يطمح إلى تجميع شهادات الأطفال ومقترحاتهم وتوصياتهم من أجل تضمينها في تقرير المجلس الموازي للتقرير الحكومي الخاص باتفاقية حقوق الطفل، الذي سيتم تقديمه في شتنبر 2023.
وأضافت السيدة الرئيسة أن المشاركة مبدأ رئيس ضمن المبادئ الأساسية في المنظومة الدولية لحقوق الطفل وهدف استراتيجي نطمح إلى الدفع لمأسسته، ليس من منطق “الاشتغال على الأطفال” بل وفق مقاربة “الاشتغال مع الأطفال”، بعيدا عن “التشاور معهم دون العمل برأيهم”.
وقالت بوعياش، المشاركة التي نعتمدها ونطمح إلى مأسسستها، تضيف رئيسة المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان، “مشاركة تعاقدية”.. “نفكر معا، نجمع اقتراحات الجميع ونشرع في التنفيذ بشكل جماعي”.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذه المشاورات ستنطلق مطلع السنة القادمة وستستمر طيلة ستة أشهر (يناير-يونيو 2023).
