إننا يا مولاي، ومنذ أن تم فتح مباريات خاصة بالموظفين سنة 2015، في إطار ما اصطلح عليه “المناصب المحولة”، وهي عملية يتم بمقتضاها تخصيص فقط مناصب الأساتذة الجامعيين للموظفين حاملي شهادة الدكتوراه، وإقصاء غيرهم من حاملي نفس الشهادة الذين يعيشون عطالة طويلة الأمد، وذلك في غياب تام لمبدأ المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص، وفي تناقض صارخ، وخرق سافر للدستور وقانون الوظيفة العمومية، في حق الطاقات الشابة للدكاترة المعطلين الحاملين لبراءات الاختراع ولمشاريع بحثية حديثة، ومواكبين لآخر المستجدات العلمية والأكاديمية، والذين هم أولى بهذه المناصب من الناحية القانونية والأكاديمية والإنسانية.
هذه السياسات التي تتسم بالتمييز بين أبناء الوطن، تساهم بشكل مباشر في فشل الخيارات الاستراتيجية التنموية للوطن التي يقودها جلالة الملك نصره الله وأيده؛ خاصة ونحن مقبلون على الاستحقاقات الانتخابية، وتنزيل النموذج التنموي الجديد، وهو امتحان الكفاءة في التدبير الرشيد للسياسيين والنخبة والوطنيين.
وأمام هذا الوضع، لم يبق لنا سوى اللجوء إلى جلالتكم الذي يحس بهموم شعبه ويسهر دوما على إيجاد راحته، فنحن نستنجد بكم لإصدار قرار ملكي ينصفنا ويعيد القيمة الفعلية للدكاترة.
