مازالت الدبلوماسية المغربية تحقق النجاحات تلو النجاحات وبشكل خاص في قضيتنا الأولى و المتمثلة في الصحراء المغربية ، فقد تمكنت مؤخرا من استقطاب دول أخرى اقنعتها بسحب اعترافها بالكيان الوهمي المسمى “البوليزاريو” واعترافها رسميا بمغربية الصحراء .
وقد ارتفعت مؤخرا وثيرة الانسحاب من الاعتراف بالجبهة الانفصالية وتغيرت مواقف اكثر الدول نحو دعم مقترح الحكم الذاتي للصحراء تحت السيادة المغربية بوصفه حلا نهائيا وواقعيا لقضية الصحراء المغربية .
جدير بالذكر أنه منذ عودة المغرب لحضن الاتحاد الافريقي تغير مسار قضيتنا الأولى بشكل ملموس ، بل وشهد تطورا ملحوظا واخذ منحى ٱخر انقلب رأسا على عقب لصالح الدولة المغربية .
منذ ذلك الحين أضحت مدن الصحراء كالعيون والداخلة مسرحا للعديد من التمثيليات الديبلوماسية الخارجية ، وتقاطرت التدشينات بالعشرات وهذا ما أثار حفيظة نظام جارتنا الشرقية ووليدته المغضوب عليها “البوليزاريو”
وبهذا الخصوص يؤكد الدكتور الجامعي العباس الوردي ان الديبلوماسية المغربية ساهمت في تعزيز مكانة المغرب كدولة موثوق بها على المستوى الدولي ، والفضل يعود لعودة المغرب لمنظمة الاتحاد الافريقي ، فهذه العودة عززت التعاون بين المغرب وباقي دول إفريقيا فضلا عن كونها شكلت منعطفا هاما في توطيد العلاقات المغربية الافريقية حسب ما صرح به لجريدة هسبريس .
وأضاف أستاذ القانون العام بجامعة محمد الخامس السويسي بالرباط أن التطور الذي شهدته قضية الصحراء عمق النقاش حول العديد من القضايا الخلافية وعلى رأسها قضيتنا الأولى والتي استطاع المغرب تفنيذ ترهات و أكاذيب طالما روجت لها بعض الأطراف الدولية .
وقد اثار تحول مواقف العديد الدول بخصوص ملف الصحراء انتباه الكثير من المنظمات الدولية ، وفي هذا السياق أكدت هيومن رايتس ووتش في تقريرها السنوي أن اعتراف فرنسا بسيادة المغرب على الصحراء، تغييرا للسياسات السابقة وتحولا في القبول الدولي لمقترح نظام الحكم الذاتي المغربي لعام 2007”.
وأضافت بأن الجمهورية الخامسة انضمت إلى 37 دولة أخرى بعد أربع سنوات من إعلان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب اعتراف الولايات المتحدة بالسيادة المغربية على الصحراء، مقابل إقامة البلاد علاقات دبلوماسية واقتصادية كاملة مع إسرائيل.
كل هذه الإنجازات تؤكد بما لا يدع مجالا للشك نجاح الديبلوماسية المغربية في ملف الصحراء على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، ومن المنتظر أن تعلن دول ٱخرى في القريب العاجل اعترافها بمغربية الصحراء لأن وزارة بوريطة تسير بسرعة البرق وتوجه الضربات المتوالية لأعداء الوحدة الترابية .
الديبلوماسية المغربية تسير بالتوازي مع خطوات الملك محمد السادس وبتوجيهات سامية من جلالته وهذا أحد أسرار نجاحها بهذا الخصوص وهذا ما سيعجل بحل هذا الملف الذي استمر لعقود و أخر مسيرة التنمية في الصحراء والتي كان من المفترض ان ينطلق عام 1975 .
