أكد رئيس مجلس المستشارين، النعم ميارة، اليوم الخميس بالرباط، أن العلاقات بين المغرب وجمهورية فيتنام الاشتراكية بلغت مستوى من النضج، يستدعي تطوير صيغ جديدة للتعاون الثنائي وشراكات مبتكرة خاصة في المجال الاقتصادي.
وذكر بلاغ لمجلس المستشارين أن السيد ميارة أعرب خلال مباحثات أجراها مع السيد نغوين ترونغ نغيا كاتب اللجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعي الفيتنامي، عن استعداد مجلس المستشارين، بحكم تركيبته وطبيعة اهتماماته، لمواكبة كل المبادرات الهادفة للارتقاء بالتعاون الثنائي.
وفي هذا الإطار، أشاد السيد ميارة بمتانة العلاقات الأخوية بين المغرب وجمهورية فيتنام “القائمة على تراكم تاريخي وإنساني لأحداث تشكل ذاكرة مشتركة بين البلدين والشعبين”، مشيرا إلى أن البلدين أكدا على الدوام حرصهما على تعزيز هذه العلاقات عبر تبادل الزيارات الرسمية وتوقيع اتفاقيات التعاون المشترك.
وحرص رئيس مجلس المستشارين على التنويه بمواقف جمهورية فيتنام في المحافل الإقليمية والدولية، الداعمة للقضايا الوطنية وفي مقدمتها قضية الصحراء المغربية، معتبرا أن “إطالة أمد هذا النزاع المفتعل تعرقل التنمية في المنطقة، وتفتح الباب أمام مختلف أشكال عدم الأمن والاستقرار”..
من جهته، أعرب السيد نغوين ترونغ نغيا، الذي يزور المملكة على رأس وفد هام، عن شكره لحفاوة الاستقبال الذي لقيه الوفد الفيتنامي، مبديا إعجابه الكبير بما تشهده المملكة من تطور ملموس في مختلف المجالات. كما أبرز متانة العلاقات السياسية بين البلدين، مشددا على ضرورة مضاعفة الجهود لضمان تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي.
ولفت المسؤول الفيتنامي إلى أن زيارته للمغرب تهدف إلى استكشاف الفرص والإمكانيات المتاحة، من خلال لقاءات يعقدها مع عدد من المسؤولين المغاربة، مؤكدا على أهمية تعزيز التعاون بين برلمانيي البلدين، عبر تبادل الخبرات وتكثيف التنسيق والتشاور في مختلف المحافل الإقليمية والدولية.
ووجه السيد نغيا، بهذه المناسبة، الدعوة لرئيس مجلس المستشارين للقيام بزيارة عمل لجمهورية فيتنام لبحث سبل الارتقاء بالعلاقات بين المؤسستين التشريعيتين وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون.
