أفادت الرئاسة الفرنسية اليوم الاثنين 23 دجنبر 2024 بأن الإعلان عن الحكومة الجديدة برئاسة فرنسوا بايرو لن يحصل قبل حلول الساعة 17,00 بتوقيت غرينتش “بسبب يوم الحداد الوطني تضامنا مع أرخبيل مايوت الذي ألحق به إعصار شيدو دمارا واسعا”.
وأوضحت أن الرئيس إيمانويل ماكرون سيشارك عند الساعة 10,30 ت غ، بدقيقة صمت تنظم “في كل أرجاء البلاد” في باحة الشرف في قصر الإليزيه.
وعين الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون، يوم 13 دجنبر 2024، حليفه الوسطي فرانسوا بايرو رئيسًا للوزراء، بعد مشاورات معقدة لاختيار خليفة لميشيل بارنييه، الذي أُطيح به إثر تصويت بحجب الثقة الأسبوع الماضي، وفقًا لما أعلنته الرئاسة الفرنسية.
وجاء حينها في بيان صادر عن قصر الإليزيه: “عين رئيس الجمهورية السيد فرانسوا بايرو رئيسًا للوزراء، وكلفه بتشكيل حكومة”.وكان البرلمان الفرنسي قد صادق يوم 04 دجنبر 2024 على مذكرة حجب الثقة عن حكومة ميشال بارنييه، لتكون بذلك أول حكومة فرنسية تُجبر على الخروج من خلال تصويت بحجب الثقة منذ العام 1962.
وصوت نواب من أقصى اليمين واليسار لدعم اقتراح حجب الثقة عن رئيس الوزراء ميشال بارنييه وحكومته، بأغلبية 331 صوتا من أصل 574، أي عدد أكبر بكثير من الغالبية المطلوبة.
