يشير الدكتور أندريه ريابكوف أخصائي أمراض الباطنية، إلى أن الحر يؤثر سلبا في حالة الإنسان بما في ذلك رفع درجة حرارة الجسم، ما يؤدي إلى اضطرابات في وظائفه.
يشير الطبيب إلى أن جسم الإنسان يبدأ في درجات الحرارة المرتفعة، باستهلاك المزيد من السوائل للتعويض عن فقدان الرطوبة من خلال التعرق، ولكن هذا قد لا يكون كافيا دائما. وقد يؤدي إلى جفاف الجسم ومشكلات في إمدادات الدم إلى القلب وأعضاء الجسم الأخرى. وقد يسبب الإصابة بضربة شمس.
ويقول: “ترتفع درجة حرارة الجسم في مثل هذه الحالات إلى مستوى حرج، ما قد يؤدي إلى خلل في عمل القلب، لذلك تتطلب ضربة الشمس عناية طبية فورية. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكن أن تزيد الحرارة من مستوى التوتر وتضعف التركيز والنوم والأداء”.
ويؤكد الطبيب على ضرورة الإكثار من شرب السوائل. ويوصى بتجنب التعرض لأشعة الشمس لفترة طويلة، خاصة دون تغطية الرأس، واستخدام واقي الشمس، ومن المهم ارتداء ملابس خفيفة فضفاضة ذات ألوان فاتحة مصنوعة من أقمشة طبيعية.
ويقول: “يجب على المرضى الذين يعانون من أمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية اتباع توصيات الطبيب بدقة وتناول الأدوية الموصوفة لهم في الوقت المناسب، وعلى من يعاني من ارتفاع مستوى ضغط الدم الشرياني مراقبة ضغط الدم بانتظام. أما بالنسبة للأشخاص المصابين بالسكري، فيجب مراقبة مستوى السكر في الدم”.
ووفقا له، على كل من يتناول مضادات الحيوية أو أدوية العلاج الكيميائي تجنب التعرض للشمس، لأنها تزيد من حساسية الجلد وقد تؤدي إلى حروق شمسية.
