أطرح هذا السؤآل لأهميته السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، نحن في المغرب بعد صدور دستور 2011, وعبور المرحلة التي أتت بعده خرجنا بعدة مكتسبات وطنية لايجادل فيها أحد ، أهمها أن المغرب أصبح يملك مقومات الدولة الصناعية في المستقبل القريب،مع توفير بنية تحتية متطورة تعرف عليها العالم أثناء تنظيم كأس الأمم الإفريقية في السنة الماضية
وأشاد بها الجميع،كما أن بعض المكتسبات الإجتماعية المتمثلة في توفير الحماية الإجتماعية التي جاءت بفضل
مشروع جلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره لتعميم التغطية الصحية، والتي تجلت في أن حوالي 90%,
يستفيدون حاليا بشكل أو بآخر من التغطية الصحية، كما أن الدعم بالمساعدات المالية بلغ حوالي 20 مليون مستفيد ومستفيدة أي نحو ستة ملايين أسرة مغربية في وضعية هشاشة،وهناك برامج مقبلة لتحسين وضع الأسر الهشة أكثر مستقبلا،
ومن بين المؤشرات الأخرى المهمة على المستوى الإقتصادي فقد قفزت الإستثمارات بالمغرب بنسبة قياسية بلغت 91 في المائة سنة 2025, لتصل إلى 3.338 مليار دولار مقارنة بنحو 1.748 مليار دولار عام 2024، رغم التراجع الإقليمي في هذا المجال،مما يعني أن هناك ثقة كبيرة دولية في المؤسسات المغربية،وبهذا يكون المغرب قد نجح في مضاعفة تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الوافدة عليه من جميع أنحاء العالم،كما أن المغرب بكل مؤسساته بم فيها الحكومة الحالية بدل مجهودات كبيرة في بناء مغرب صاعد ومتماسك جدا وواعد للأجيال القادمة، هذا لايعني أننا لازلنا نعيش نواقص متعددة في المجالات الإجتماعية والسياسية،لكن البناء لايأتي دفعة واحدة،خاصة أن التنمية الاقتصادية لم تعد ترتبط بالسياسة الداخلية فقط ، وإنما أصبحت ترتبط بشكل أساسي بالعوامل الخارجية، والتغيرات الجيوسياسية التي أصبحت سائدة في العالم بشكل مستمر، ويجب أخذها بعين الإعتبار في كل سياسة داخلية وخارجية للمغرب .
أردت بهذه المقدمة أن ننبه إلى أننا مقبلين على إنتخابات برلمانية مقبلة في 23 سبتمبر 2026, هذه الإنتخابات لاتهم الناخبين فقط التي حددتهم اللوائح الحصرية في حدود 15 مليون تقريبا ، ولكن تهم كل مواطن مغربي من جميع الفئات العمرية داخل المغرب وخارجه،لأنها تحدد مصير المغرب مستقبلا على المستوى السياسي والديموقراطي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي، ولهذا السبب فإن الجميع معني بنجاح هذه الإنتخابات السياسية بغض النظر عن النظرة الحزبية الضيقة،لأن الأحزاب السياسية ليست إلا آلية للتعبير السياسي والديموقراطي،كما أن المعركة الإنتخابية هي معركة داخلية صرفة يجب إنجاحها، لإعطاء صورة إيجابية داخليا وخارجيا،كما أنه يجب إبعاد العملية الإنتخابية عن الحسابات السياسية الضيقة وغيرها،
ويجب علينا جميعا أن لانتيح فرص للمتربصين بالمغرب للطعن في كل الخطوات والمحطات التي ينجزها المغرب ، حيث يلاحظ أنه كلما أقبل المغرب على مرحلة معينة في استحقاقاته الدستورية إلا وظهرت جهات معروفة وجهات غير معلومة لضرب أي إستحقاق لإضعاف المؤسسات وضرب الثوابت الوطنية الضامنة للإستقرار العام ببلادنا،وهنا يجب أن نشير ونشيد في نفس الوقت بالمؤسسات الأمنية الساهرة على أمن البلاد واستقراره بكل أصنافها، وهذا المعطى الأمني المتميز هو أساس التنمية و الإستثمار والإستقرار لذلك تحاول بعض الجهات المعادية لبلادنا الهجوم هذه المؤسسات إعلاميا وتنشر إفتراءات من صنع خياليها، لكن الحمد لله المغرب أصبحت له مناعة قوية وصلبة لاتريده هذه التصرفات العدائية إلا قوة وصلابة، وللإشارة فإن العديد من الدول لها إمكانيات كبيرة ومهددة بعدم الإستقرار، وقد أتبث الحرب الدائرة حاليا بالشرق الأوسط ذلك، بالإضافة إلى معظم التقارير الإقتصادية الدولية والإقليمية المعتدة تؤكد أن التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لاتنجز في خمس سنوات أو عشر سنوات وإنما هو مسار مستمر ومتجدد ويجتاح إلى تعبئة عامة شاملة ومستمرة يشارك فيها الجميع كل من جهته وقدته، فالمساهمة في إنجاح الإنتخابات البرلمانية وإعطائها مصداقية لاتعني الناخب فقط،وإنما الجميع بعدم التشويش عليها أو على المشاركين فيها، مع الأسف نرى أن الجدال السياسي في الإعلام العمومي لايرقى إلى الحوار السياسي الوطني لإستعاب المرحلة الراهنة التي نمر بها، وأصبحت بعض وسائل الإعلام والتواصل الإجتماعي تعلن حربا بدون قضية،لتثير الرأى العام فقط ، كما أن البرامج الإنتخابية للأحزاب تنتهى بنهاية الإنتخابات، لأن التركيبة السياسية والدستورية في المغرب تعطي تحالفات سياسية تشكل أغلبية لتنفيد برنامج الدولة المستمر حفاظا على المكتسبات، نحن لسنا دولة الأحزاب السياسية التي تقترح وتنفذ وتفعل ماتشاء ، ولذلك فنحن لنا دستور جديد يؤمن لنا الإستمرارية السياسية والاقتصادية، والجميع يحاول للتغلب على الجوانب الإجتماعية التي لازالت تمثل خصاصا وهشاشة في العديد من مناطق المغرب ، وهذا هو التحدي ليس فقط للحكومة المقبلة، وإنما هو تحدي للعقود المقبلة، ونحن على يقين تام بأنّ رؤية جلالة الملك محمد السادس إنطلاقا من صلاحيته الدستورية قد وضع مسارا سياسيا وتنمويا ثابتا سيجعل من المغرب الدولة الصاعدة بمقومات الدولة الحديثة على مستوى القارة الإفريقية وعلى مستوى المنطقة المتوسطة بكاملها .
