أفادت المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، أن عدد الموقوفين في حالة تلبس بتزوير اختبارات “كورونا” وجوازات التلقيح، طيلة فترة الطوارئ الصحية الممتدة إلى غاية أول أمس الاثنين، وصل الى 220 شخصا.
وأضاف المديرية في بلاغ لها، أن المؤشرات الإحصائية المسجلة تشير إلى أن الأشخاص الموقوفين تم ضبطهم في إطار الأبحاث والتحريات التي باشرتها مصالح الأمن الوطني في 111 قضية زجرية، من بينها 109 قضية تتعلق بالتزوير في اختبارات الفحص عن عدوى كوفيد-19، وقضيتان تتعلقان بالتزوير في جوازات التلقيح ضد الجائحة.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته، أنه في تحليل نوعي للمؤشرات الإحصائية الممسوكة لدى مصالح الأمن الوطني في هذا الصدد، يلاحظ أن 182 شخصا من بين الموقوفين تم ضبطهم خلال إجراءات المراقبة الحدودية بالمعابر الجوية والبحرية للمملكة، خلال عمليات العبور من وإلى المغرب، بينما تم ضبط الباقي في إطار الأبحاث القضائية المنجزة لتوقيف المتورطين في عمليات التزوير.
وبخصوص التوزيع الجغرافي للأشخاص الموقوفين في المنافذ الحدودية، فقد سجلت المديرية أن مطار أكادير المسيرة يأتي في المقدمة بما مجموعه 65 موقوفا، متبوعا بمطار الناظور العروي (51 شخصا)، ومطار مراكش المنارة (26 شخصا) وميناء الناظور (16 شخصا)، ومطار محمد الخامس الدولي بالدار البيضاء (11 شخصا)، ومطار العيون (شخصان)…الخ.
إلى ذلك مكنت عمليات التفتيش المنجزة في إطار هذه القضايا من حجز 425 شهادة اختبار مزورة (PCR)، من بينها 284 شهادة اختبار مزورة حجزتها المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة وجدة في إطار شبكة إجرامية بعد استغلال معلومات دقيقة وفرتها مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني.
كما أسفرت إجراءات الحجز عن ضبط 23 جوازات تلقيح مزورة ومبالغ مالية مهمة بالعملتين الوطنية والأوروبية يشتبه في كونها متحصلة من عائدات هذه الأنشطة الإجرامية. وأوضح البلاغ، أنه تم إخضاع جميع الأشخاص المضبوطين، بمن فيهم المواطنين المغاربة والأجانب، وكافة المساهمين والمشاركين في عمليات التزوير واستعماله، لأبحاث قضائية تحت إشراف النيابات العامة المختصة ترابيا، مع تقديمهم أمام العدالة بعد الانتهاء من اجراءات البحث.
وشددت مصالح الأمن الوطني على أنها ستواصل عملياتها الرامية للتصدي لهذا النوع من الجرائم التي تهدد الأمن الصحي، بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني وبتعاون مع السلطات العمومية والمصالح الطبية المختصة، وذلك بما يضمن حماية الصحة العامة ويحقق القطع النهائي مع هذا النوع من جرائم التزوير.
