ترأس صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد الأمير مولاي الحسن، اليوم الاثنين بمشور الستينية – صهريج السواني بمكناس، حفل افتتاح الدورة الـ 16 للمعرض الدولي للفلاحة بالمغرب (سيام)، الذي ينظم تحت الرعاية السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، من 22 إلى 28 أبريل الجاري، تحت شعار “المناخ والفلاحة.. من أجل نظم إنتاج مستدامة وقادرة على الصمود”.
وفي بداية حفل افتتاح الدورة ال 16 لهذا المعرض، الذي تشارك فيه مملكة اسبانيا كضيفة شرف، أشرف صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد الأمير مولاي الحسن على تسليم ثلاث شهادات اعتراف بالعلامات المميزة للمنشأ والجودة لرؤساء مجموعات منتجي المنتوجات المحلية المرمزة خلال موسم 2023 – 2024.
وهكذا، تسلم الشهادة الأولى السيد عبد الكريم بياض، رئيس فدرالية مهنيي اللوز بجهة الشرق عن البيان الجغرافي “لوز بني يزنانس” (جهة الشرق)، في حين تسلم الشهادة الثانية السيد محمد الهادي، رئيس تعاونية أيت بوكماز للمنتجين الفلاحيين عن البيان الغرافي “تفاح وادي أيت بوكماز”، بجهة بني ملال – خنيفرة.
أما الشهادة الثالثة فتسلمها السيد عبد السلام الهوادفي، مدير شركة Le PETIT DOMAINE SARL عن علامة الجودة الفلاحية “بيض الدجاج المربى في الهواء الطلق”.
بعد ذلك، أخذت لصاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد الأمير مولاي الحسن صورة تذكارية مع المزارعين الثلاثة.
ويهدف نظام الترميز، الذي يشكل أحد المحاور الأساسية لتنمية المنتوجات في إطار الاستراتيجيتين الفلاحيتين مخطط المغرب الأخضر والجيل الجديد، إلى تعزيز جودة المنتوجات المحلية وتثمين مهارات الساكنة المحلية، وتنمية المناطق القروية وتحسين دخل الفلاحين، بالإضافة إلى حماية المنتوجات المحلية من كل أشكال الغش، والتشجيع على فلاحة تحافظ على التنوع البيولوجي وعلى الموارد الطبيعية.
وعند مدخل المعرض، تقدم للسلام على صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد الأمير مولاي الحسن، السيد لويس بلاناس وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتغذية بمملكة إسبانيا، وشخصيات تمثل البلدان الأجنبية المدعوة (فرنسا، رومانيا، التشيك، بنين، بوروندي، كوت ديفوار، ايسواتيني، الغابون، غامبيا، غينيا بيساو، غينيا الاستوائية، ليبيا، موريتانيا، النيجر، نيجيريا، السينغال، السودان، وجنوب السودان)، وكذا السيدة جوزيفا ليونيل كوريا ساكو مفوضة الاقتصاد القروي والفلاحة بمفوضية الاتحاد الافريقي.
إثر ذلك، زار صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد الأمير مولاي الحسن مختلف أقطاب المعرض، واستمع لشروحات حول المنتوجات المعروضة خاصة قطب “جهات”، قبل أن تؤخذ لسموه صورة تذكارية مع رؤساء مجالس الجهات.
كما قام صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد الأمير مولاي الحسن بزيارة أروقة “ماء وسقي”، و”بحث وابتكار” بجناح “الجيل الأخضر” لوزارة الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات، وأقطاب “المؤسسات” و “المنتجات المجالية” و”مدخلات الماشية”، و”تربية الماشية”، و “الفلاحة الرقمية” و”القطب الدولي”.
وبقطب “الصناعة الغذائية”، تابع صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد الأمير مولاي الحسن عرضا لشريط فيديو حول أوجه رقمنة الفلاحة قبل أن يتوجه سموه إلى قطبي “المعدات الزراعية” ، و”المكننة”.
ويَعدُ المعرض الدولي للفلاحة بالمغرب، المقام بساحة “صهريج السواني” على مساحة 12,4 هكتار، والذي يعرف مشاركة 70 بلدا و1500 عارضا، مع تنظيم 40 ندوة ومائدة مستديرة، بتجربة غنية للمهنيين والعموم.
ويقترح المعرض على حوالي 930 ألف زائر مرتقب، باقة من المنتوجات والآلات الفلاحية من الجيل الجديد الكفيلة بإنعاش الإنتاج الفلاحي والحيواني وتثمين القطاعات المحورية في الاقتصاد الجهوي، بما فيها الصناعة الغذائية.
وتتميز نسخة 2024 بإدراج قطب جديد هو “الفلاحة الرقمية”، والذي يجسد دور التقنيات الرقمية في خدمة فلاحة أكثر فاعلية ومرونة، والتوسع الهام الذي عرفه قطب “المنتجات المحلية”، الذي يعزز التنوع الفلاحي المغربي، واعتماد التذكرة الإلكترونية لتحسين شروط الولوج.
وعلى مر الدورات، نجح المعرض الدولي للفلاحة بالمغرب في أن يكسب رهان التموقع كحدث محوري بالمغرب بشكل عام وفي المجال الفلاحي بشكل خاص، ما أكسبه بعدا افريقيا بارزا، ليصبح موعدا لا محيد عنه بالنسبة لمهنيي القطاع بالقارة.
