يخلد المغرب في 14 ماي من كل سنة اليوم الوطني للمسرح، وهي مناسبة للمهنيين وعشاق الخشبة لتقييم وضع أبي الفنون، خاصة وأن الاحتفال بهذا الحدث يتأثر للسنة الثانية على التوالي بالوضع الصحي المرتبط بكوفيد – 19.
وفي الواقع، فقد أدى تفشي وباء كوفيد-19 في العالم والتدابير الصحية التي تهدف إلى الحد من انتشاره، إلى القضاء على التفاعل بين الفكاهي والجمهور الذي يعد المكون الرئيسي لفن المسرح، مما فسح المجال أمام العالم الافتراضي أو حتى لمسرح بدون جمهور.
وقد أثر الوباء بقوة على قطاع المسرح الهش في الأصل، حيث تعرض المهنيون لآثار نفسية واجتماعية خاصة أولئك الذين ليس لديهم دخل آخر غير ما يكسبونه من القطاع الفني بشكل عام والمسرحي بشكل خاص.
واعتبر مسعود بوحسين، رئيس النقابة المغربية لمهنيي الفنون الدرامية، أن الوباء أدى إلى تفاقم الظروف الاجتماعية لمجموعة كبيرة من مهنيي المسرح، الذين لا يمكن استيعابهم في قطاع السينما والتلفزيون.
وأوضح، في حديث لوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء بمناسبة الاحتفال بهذا اليوم، أنه فيما يتعلق بالجانب الثقافي، أدى الوباء إلى تجميد النشاط الثقافي والفني، وحرم مهنيي الفنون الحية، ولا سيما المسرح، من مهنتهم.
ولاحظ بوحسين، وهو دكتور في الدراما من جامعة بوخارست (رومانيا) بخصوص تأثيرات امتداد الأزمة الصحية على المسرح الوطني، سواء الاحترافي أو مسرح الهواة، أن المسرح الوطني سجل حتى عام 2018 تطورا كبيرا مع ظهور فنانين جدد ومشاريع ثقافية متنوعة، حيث كان يتوقع تحقيق المزيد من التقدم لكن هذه الديناميكية تحولت إلى ركود بسبب الوباء.
وسلط بوحسين الضوء على رمزية اليوم الوطني للمسرح، الذي يحيي ذكرى انعقاد أول مناظرة وطنية للمسرح الاحترافي في 14 ماي 1992، وكذلك الرسالة الملكية التي كان قد وجهها جلالة المغفور له الملك الحسن الثاني، طيب الله ثراه، بهذه المناسبة.
وأكد أن “هذه الرسالة الملكية شكلت نقطة تحول حقيقية في تاريخ المسرح الوطني لأنها كرست سلسلة من المكتسبات”.
وبالنسبة لبوحسين الخبير بالقطاع، يشكل الاحتفال باليوم الوطني للمسرح ” لحظة للتفكير في مسار المسرح الوطني والمكتسبات التي تم تحقيقها على مدى السنوات الـ 29 الماضية، على المستويين التنظيمي والفني”.
وبدوره اعتبر المخرج والكاتب المسرحي حسن هموش، أن ” الظرفية التي يعيشها العالم جراء جائحة كوفيد 19، أصبحت مقلقة لحد أن الوضع معها بات تراجيديا، بحيث أنها عرت على هشاشة العديد من القطاعات، ومن بينها القطاع الفني، الذي كان يواجه صعوبات حتى قبل تفشي الجائحة”.
وأعرب عن أسفه لكون العديد من الفنانين اضطروا إلى اللجوء إلى أنشطة أخرى لتلبية احتياجاتهم، مشيرا إلى أنه “في غياب رؤية استراتيجية لمحاصرة هذا التمزق النفسي والاجتماعي، يزداد الوضع تفاقما يوما بعد يوم”.
وصرح رئيس الفيدرالية المغربية للفرق المسرحية المحترفة لوكالة المغرب العربي للأنباء، بأنه “في شهر مارس الماضي احتفل المسرحيون باليوم العالمي للمسرح، بشكل باهت، وهو الوضع الذي يتكرر مع تخليد اليوم الوطني للمسرح، جراء استمرار إغلاق المسارح”.
وحسب هموش، وهو أيضا أستاذ التعليم الفني، فإن الاحتفال باليوم الوطني للمسرح هو بالأساس مسائلة عن نتائج مخرجات الرسالة الملكية التي كان قد وجهها جلالة المغفور له الملك الحسن الثاني طيب الله ثراه في المناظرة الوطنية الأولى للمسرح الاحترافي حيث تقرر الاحتفال باليوم الوطني للمسرح.
واعتبر هموش، الذي يعد كذلك المدير الفني والإداري لفرقة تانسيفت المسرحية، أن ” الرسالة الملكية رسمت خطة طريق لإقلاع حقيقي بالمجال المسرحي، والذي كان قاطرة للعديد من الفنون الأخرى، وأيضا التزام الدولة اتجاه هذا القطاع”.
وأكد أن ” اليوم الوطني للمسرح، هو يوم مسائلة ومكاشفة وليس احتفال”، مشيرا إلى أن الأمر يتعلق “بيوم لإعادة تقويم التجربة المسرحية على المستوى الهيكلي والقانوني واستراتيجيات الدولة المخطط لها للإقلاع بالقطاع”.
وبعيدا عن الأزمة التي يعيشها القطاع الثقافي ككل، فإن الاحتفال باليوم الوطني للمسرح يمثل إشارة على ضرورة الحفاظ على هذا الفن الهام والأساسي.
