كشفت وزيرة الانتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة، ليلى بنعلي، اليوم الثلاثاء، عن توقيع “اتفاقية تاريخية” بين المغرب وموريتانيا تتعلق بمشروع الربط الكهربائي بين البلدين.
ومن المنتظر أن يتم التوقيع على هذه الاتفاقية يوم الخميس المقبل، حيث سيحل وزير الطاقة والنفط الموريتاني، محمد ولد خالد، بالمغرب للتوقيع عليها.
وأوضحت الوزيرة بنعلي أن الاتفاقية تتضمن مذكرة تفاهم بين البلدين في قطاع الكهرباء ودمج الطاقات، مشيرة إلى أن المشروع يركز على تعزيز التعاون الثنائي بين المغرب وموريتانيا لتحقيق الربط الكهربائي بينهما.
وأكدت السيدة الوزيرة، خلال حضورها في لجنة البنيات الأساسية بمجلس النواب، أن المشروع يهدف إلى جعل المغرب ممرا رئيسيا بين إفريقيا والمحيط الأطلسي من جهة، والقارة الأوروبية من جهة أخرى.
