وقد وقع هذه الاتفاقية كل من السيدة نادية فتاح العلوي، وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية، والسيد عبد اللطيف حموشي، المدير العام للأمن الوطني ولمراقبة التراب الوطني، والسيد عبد الرحمان اللمتوني، الوكيل القضائي للمملكة. DGSN Finances (2) وأفاد بلاغ مشترك لوزارة الاقتصاد والمالية والمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني أن هذه الاتفاقية تروم وضع إطار مرجعي وتقعيد تنظيمي لتعزيز التعاون بين المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني والوكالة القضائية للمملكة في المجالات والقضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، لاسيما في مجال تدبير المنازعات وحصر خريطة المخاطر الخاصة بها والوقاية منها والدفاع عن مصالح الدولة أمام الهيئة القضائية، فضلا عن تعزيز التعاون الثنائي في المجالات العلمية المرتبطة بالتكوين وتطوير الكفاءات وبناء قدرات الموارد البشرية.وقد حددت هذه الاتفاقية، حسب المصدر ذاته، التزامات الأطراف الموقعة، بما فيها تنسيق إجراءات الدفاع وتتبع تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية الصادرة لفائدة المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني ولصالح موظفيها، وكذا تكريس حقوق المؤازرة بما يكفل تطبيق مبدأ “حماية الدولة” المكفول لفائدة الشرطيين ضحايا الاعتداءات الجسدية واللفظية التي تستهدفهم أثناء مزاولتهم لمهامهم.
