على غرار الموسم الفلاحي الفارط، الذي مر في ظروف جيدة، تجري الاستعدادات حاليا لضمان انطلاق وسير الموسم الفلاحي 2021- 2022 في أحسن الظروف.
ووعيا منها بأهمية القطاع الفلاحي، باعتباره أحد ركائز الاقتصاد المغربي حيث يساهم ب 14 في المائة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ويوفر فرص عمل لفئة واسعة من السكان النشيطين، اتخذت الحكومة مجموعة من التدابير بهدف ضمان نجاح الموسم الفلاحي 2021- 2022.
وفي هذا الصدد، تعمل الوزارة الوصية على الإعداد المسبق للموسم الفلاحي، وتسهر على اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لضمان انطلاقه ومروره في أحسن الظروف.
وبهذا الخصوص، أعلن وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات، محمد صديقي، يوم الخميس الماضي، أنه سعيا لتغطية حاجيات الفلاحين من البذور المختارة المدعمة والأسمدة، ومواد وقاية النبات، فقد تم توفير مُدخلات الإنتاج بكميات كافية.
كما تتم مواكبة الفلاحين والمستثمرين، بالإضافة إلى توسيع مساحات التأمين الفلاحي، وتعزيز التمويل الفلاحي، وتسريع وتيرة التحفيظ الجماعي المجاني لصغار الفلاحين.
وصرح الوزير بأن الموسم الفلاحي 2021-2022 سيكون “واعدا” ، لاسيما أنه “يأتي بعد سنة فلاحية ممتازة”، حيث فاق نمو الناتج الخام الفلاحي 17 في المائة، مبرزا أنه من المتوقع أن يبلغ الناتج الخام الفلاحي خلال الموسم الحالي 128 مليار درهم.
وبخصوص التزود بالمواد الغذائية، أكد الوزير أن الحكومة تعمل على ضمان التزويد العادي والمستمر للأسواق الوطنية بكافة المواد الغذائية والفلاحية بأسعار معقولة وفي متناول المستهلك، وذلك بوضع برنامج محكم لتوزيع الزراعات الخريفية عبر الجهات، مع مراعاة حالة الموارد المائية وتقلبات الظروف المناخية خلال الفترة الخريفية.
وفي هذا السياق، أكدت وزارة الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات أن الأسواق الوطنية في جميع جهات المملكة تعرف توفر ما يكفي من المواد الغذائية والفلاحية التي تستجيب لحاجيات المستهلك.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الموسم الفلاحي الماضي 2020-2021 عرف مسارا استثنائيا، على الصعيد الوطني، نتج عنه إنتاج جيد للحبوب وأداء جيد لمعظم قطاعات الإنتاج.
ولا يعزى هذا الأداء الجيد إلى التساقطات المطرية المهمة فحسب، بل أيضا إلى تنفيذ استراتيجيات طويلة الأمد تهدف إلى جعل القطاع الفلاحي رافعة ذات أولوية لتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمغرب.
وفي هذا الإطار، تتيح استراتيجية “الجيل الأخضر- 2020-2030 “، جيلا جديدا من آليات المواكبة لإضفاء الطابع المهني على الفلاحة، لاسيما من خلال إصلاح برامج الإرشاد الفلاحي، وتعميم الخدمات الفلاحية الرقمية، وتعزيز مشاريع الجيل الجديد من الفلاحة التضامنية.
وبالإضافة إلى الجانبين الاجتماعي والإنساني، تهدف هذه الاستراتيجية إلى ضمان استدامة التنمية الفلاحية، من خلال مواصلة تنمية مختلف الفروع ، عبر تدخلات أكثر استهدافا وإعادة ترشيد الجهود إلى جانب عصرنة مسارات التوزيع، مما سيتيح للقطاع الفلاحي الاضطلاع بدوره كاملا كمحرك لنمو الاقتصاد الوطني.
