أعلنت المديرية العامة للضرائب أن شبابيكها ستكون مفتوحة، يومي السبت 28 والأحد 29 دجنبر 2024، لتمكين الأشخاص الذاتيين المعنيين من التسوية الطوعية لوضعيتهم الجبائية، والتي من المقرر أن تنتهي في 31 دجنبر 2024.وأوضحت المديرية،في بلاغ، أنه “نظرا للاهتمام المتزايد بالتدبير المتعلق بالتسوية الطوعية للوضعية الجبائية للخاضعين للضريبة، والذي تم إعادة العمل به بموجب قانون المالية لسنة 2024، والمقرر انتهاؤه في 31 دجنبر 2024، تخبر المديرية العامة للضرائب الأشخاص الذاتيين المعنيين بأن شبابيكها ستكون مفتوحة يومي السبت 28 والأحد 29 دجنبر 2024 وذلك حتى يتمكنوا من تقديم الإقرار لدى الإدارة الجبائية وأداء المساهمة المتعلقة بالمنقولات أو العقارات أو مبالغ السلفات المدرجة في الحسابات الجارية للشركاء أو في حساب المستغل والقروض الممنوحة للغير”.وذكرت المديرية العامة للضرائب بأن هذه التسوية تهم، بشكل عام، الأشخاص الذاتيين برسم أرباحهم ودخولهم المفروضة عليها الضريبة بالمغرب، والتي لم يتم التصريح بها قبل فاتح يناير 2024، والتي تشكل مصدر الموجودات وتمويل النفقات. ويتعلق الأمر بالموجودات المودعة في حسابات بنكية؛ والموجودات المحتفظ بها في شكل أوراق بنكية؛ والمنقولات أو العقارات المقتناة وغير المخصصة لغرض مهني؛ والسلفات المدرجة في الحسابات الجارية للشركاء أوفي حساب المستغل أو عمليات القروض الممنوحة للغير
وأضافت أن مبلغ الموجودات والنفقات المصرح بهما، والذي كان موضوع أداء المساهمة المحددة بنسبة 5 بالمائة من قيمة هذه الموجودات والنفقات، لن يؤخذ بعين الاعتبار خلال تصحيح أسس الضريبة أثناء المراقبة الجبائية للخاضع للضريبة المعني بالأمر؛ وكذا بالنسبة لتقييم مجموع الدخل السنوي في إطار مسطرة فحص مجموع الوضعية الضريبية للأشخاص الذاتيين، المشار إليها بالمادة 216 من المدونة العامة للضرائب.وخلص البلاغ إلى أن “المديرية العامة للضرائب تنهي، أيضًا، إلى علم الأشخاص الذاتيين المعنيين بهذا التدبير، والذين يقومون بإجراءاتهم لدى المؤسسات البنكية، بأنه بالإضافة إلى الودائع المودعة في الحسابات أو الدفعات المرتبطة بالتصريحات الجارية، فإن لهذه المؤسسات الصلاحية بقبول تصريحاتهم أيضا استنادا إلى التدفقات المالية التي مرت سابقا عبر حساباتهم
