أعلنت وزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، مصادقتها على 14 بروتوكولٍ علاجيٍ في إطار التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض، وذلك في إطار اتفاقية وطنية تجمع الوكالة الوطنية للتأمين الصحي بالشركاء المعنيين.
وجاء ذلك خلال اجتماع ترأسه خالد آيت طالب، وزير الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية، يوم أمس الجمعة، خصص لتقديم ومناقشة وكذا المصادقة على البروتوكولات العلاجية الأربعة عشر التي تهم: 1-دواعي وصف العملية القيصرية؛ 2-التعفنات البكتيرية المبكرة لدى حديثي الولادة؛ 3-داء السكري؛ 4-سرطان الثدي؛ 5-سرطان عنق الرحم؛ 6-سرطان الـمبيض؛ 7-سرطان بطانة الرحم؛ 8-سرطان الرئة؛ 9-سرطان البروستاتا؛ 10-سرطان الغدة الدرقية؛ 11-سرطان المثانة؛ 12-سرطان القولون المستقيم؛ 13-سرطان المعدة؛ و14-الصدفية.
وفي بلاغ صادر عن وزارة الصحة، سجلت هاته الأخيرة أن البروتوكولات العلاجية المذكورة تعتبر من بين أهم آليات مواءمة الـممارسات المهنية التي تمكن من تحسين الولوج الآمن إلى خدمات صحية ذات جودة، وترشيد الوصفات الطبية وعقلنة استهلاك الـموارد العلاجية بالقطاعين العام والخاص. كما ستساهم هذه البروتوكولات، إلى جانب الآليات الأخرى، في ضبط وتأطير التأمين الإجباري الأساسي عن المرض من خلال تعزيز التحكم الطبي في النفقات الذي من شأنه الحفاظ على توازنات أنظمة التغطية الصحية.
وحضر هذا الاجتماع الكاتب العام للوزارة، ومدير ديوان السيد وزير الصحة، والـمدير العام للوكالة الوطنية للتأمين الصحي، ومدراء الـمراكز الاستشفائية الجامعية، وممثل الهيئة الوطنية للطبيبات والأطباء، ومنسقو مجموعات العمل الـموضوعاتية، ومدراء ومسؤولون بالإدارة الـمركزية للوزارة، وبواسطة تقنية التناظر عن بعد شارك في هذا الاجتماع رئيس الجمعية المغربية للعلوم الطبية، وخبراء وطنيون في الاختصاصات الطبية موضوع ورشة العمل.
