قام المدير العام للأمن الوطني ولمراقبة التراب الوطني، عبد اللطيف حموشي، بزيارة عمل إلى البرتغال يومي الأربعاء والخميس على رأس وفد أمني هام، أجرى خلالها مباحثات مع عدد من المسؤولين البرتغاليين همت سبل تطوير التعاون في مختلف المجالات الأمنية، وخصوصا في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب والجريمة المنظمة العابرة للحدود.
وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني أن السيد حموشي عقد في هذا الإطار مجموعة من اللقاءات مع السفيرة ميرا ݣراصا ݣوميز، الأمينة العامة لنظام المعلومات بالجمهورية البرتغالية (SIRP)، والمدير العام لجهاز المخابرات الوطنية (SIS)، أديليو نييڤا دا كروز، وكذا المدير العام لجهاز الاستخبارات الاستراتجية للدفاع (SIED)، كارلوس لوبيز بيريس.
وأضاف المصدر نفسه أن المباحثات بين الجانبين تمحورت حول تقييم الوضع الأمني على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي، وكذا مختلف التهديدات الأمنية والمخاطر التي تحدق بضفتي البحر الأبيض المتوسط الناجمة عن تصاعد النشاط الإرهابي، وكذا سبل تعميق التعاون الأمني بين البلدين.
وأشار البلاغ إلى أن هذه الزيارة تأتي لتأكيد الرغبة المشتركة للطرفين في تدعيم التعاون الأمني وتوطيد التنسيق الاستخباراتي في مجال مكافحة التهديدات التي تحدق بأمن البلدين.
