وأشار بلاغ للمجموعة، الذي نشر بموقع الهيئة المغربية لسوق الرساميل، إلى أن كوسومار باعت، اليوم الخميس، كامل مساهمتها في شركة “درة” التي تمثل 43,275 في المائة من رأسمال وحقوق تصويت الشركة لفائدة Wilmar Sugar PTE LTD بالسعر المعادل بالدرهم لـ242 مليون و800 ألف ريال سعودي، أي ما يعادل نحو 65 مليون دولار، مقابل مساهمة أولية قيمتها حوالي 45 مليون دولار، وذلك في أعقاب رفع كافة الشروط المعلقة التي خضع لها البيع المذكور.
