وسيتم في هذا الإطار، تعزيز العرض الصحي من خلال استكمال بناء وتجهيز بعض مستشفيات القرب والمستشفيات الإقليمية مع إعادة تأهيل وإعداد الدواوير من خلال عملية شاملة للتهيئة، والتي تروم تمكينها من تجهيزات القرب كملاعب القرب والمعدات الرياضية وذلك مع تثمين موروثها الثقافي والسياحي.
وسيتم وفقا للميزانية المرصودة في هذا الجانب، إعادة التأهيل الحضري وهيكلة الأحياء ناقصة التجهيز، وكذا دعم بروز مراكز قروية مندمجة مع إعادة تأهيل وتثمين المدن القديمة خصوصا المساكن المهددة بالسقوط مع تعزيز جودة الخدمات العمومية.
يذكر أن برنامج إعادة البناء والتأهيل العام للمناطق المتضررة من زلزال الحوز، والتي ستشمل ست عمالات وهي: مراكش، الحوز، شيشاوة، تارودانت، ورزازات وأزيلال، سيمتد لـ 5 سنوات (2024/2028) بميزانية تقدر بـ 120 مليار درهم، ستستهدف 4,2 ملايين نسمة.
