من المرتقب أن يبدأ يوم غد السبت فاتح يونيو 2024، التسويق الرسمي للمكملات الغذائية والمنتجات التجميلية القائمة على القنب الهندي في المغرب.
وأوضح الدكتور محمد لحبابي، رئيس كونفدرالية نقابات صيادلة المغرب، في تقرير ترأسه، محمد كروج، المدير العام للوكالة الوطنية لتقنين الأنشطة المتعلقة بالقنب الهندي، أنه “حتى الآن، تم تسجيل تسعة مكملات غذائية وعشرة منتجات تجميلية لدى مديرية الأدوية والصيدلة”.
وتابع أنه “في البداية، ستكون هذه المنتجات متاحة حصريا في الصيدليات. ومع ذلك، وفقا للقانون 13-21، يمكن للمحولين المصنعين فتح نقاط بيع خاصة بهم، بشرط تلبية المعايير القانونية المطلوبة والحصول على ترخيص من الوكالة الوطنية لتقنين الأنشطة المتعلقة بالقنب الهندي”.
وأضاف رئيس كونفدرالية نقابات صيادلة المغرب، أن “المناقشات أتاحت توضيح القوانين المتعلقة بنسبة تتراهيدروكانابينول (THC) في المنتجات. عندما تكون نسبة تتراهيدروكانابينول أعلى من 1%، يكون المنتج مخصصا حصريا للصناعة الدوائية، مما يستلزم تحويله إلى دواء. في المقابل، إذا كانت نسبة تتراهيدروكانابينول أقل من 1 في المائة، تتوسع إمكانيات التحويل لتشمل المنتجات التجميلية والمكملات الغذائية ومواد البناء وغيرها”.
وأكد المصدر أن “المكملات الغذائية يجب أن تحتوي بالضرورة على الكانابيديول (CBD) بنسبة تتراهيدروكانابينول أقل من 0.3 في المائة، في حين يجب أن تصنع المنتجات التجميلية من الكانابيديول بنسبة تتراهيدروكانابينول 0 في المائة”.
يذكر أن الاجتماع جرى في مقر الوكالة الوطنية لتقنين الأنشطة المتعلقة بالقنب الهندي (ANRAC)، بحضور ممثلين عن الوكالة ذاتها ومديرية الأدوية (DMP) والصيدلة.
